Aico Ei3018 3000 Series White 230V Mains Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Rechargeable Battery

The Aico Ei3018 is a mains-powered (230V) carbon monoxide alarm with easi-fit base offering protection from dangerous CO gas. Incorporating a high-performance electrochemical sensor enables faster response times. The sensor is individually calibrated and tested in carbon monoxide gas to ensure a high level of accuracy. Whenever activated, the flash rate of the red LED indicates the level of CO detected. In the event of mains failure, the 10 year built in tamper proof rechargeable lithium cell provides a back-up supply. The Ei3018 utilises AudioLINK technology allowing the user to extract real time data directly to a smartphone or tablet using the AudioLINK app.

The Ei3018 can operate as a standalone alarm or can be interconnected either by hard-wire or wireless (using the Ei3000MRF module) enabling it to communicate with compatible alarms and accessories. Up to 12 devices can be interconnected.

Each alarm self-checks its sensors, internal circuitry and battery every 48 seconds. Any fault is indicated by a combination of yellow LED flashes or audible beeps. The memory feature allows an alarm that has previously activated to be identified easily using the flashing red LED.

A large Test / Silence button is fitted to the alarm enabling frequent testing. The silence function allows the alarm / system to be silenced in the case of a false alarm and low battery / fault noises.

SmartLINK compatible. Simply plug in an Ei3000MRF module to enable wireless interconnection, data extraction and real-time notifications of alarm activations and events via the SmartLINK Gateway and Portal.
