Returns Policy

Here at Electrical Discounted Supplies we always want our customers to have a positive shopping experience, but understand that mistakes can sometimes be made. This is why we’ve kept our returns policy simple.

For all returns, the following conditions apply:

  1. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were received in (unused in their original, sealed packaging with no missing parts or pieces); otherwise, a handling charge will apply.
  2. All returns must be approved by obtaining a Returns Merchant Authorisation Number (RMA) BEFORE sending the item back.
  3. Goods must be returned within 14 days upon receiving an RMA number.

To obtain a Returns Number, please email [email protected] – include your invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

Missing or Damaged Goods

For any mistake/error on our part, either an exchange or full no-quibble refund will be offered. Claims for short deliveries, damaged, or incomplete items must be made via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos where applicable.

Unwanted Goods

If you no longer wish to keep the items or simply change your mind, you have 30 days to arrange a return, starting from either the delivery date or collection from our trade counter.

The items must be returned in person or using a traceable postage method (at the buyer’s own expense). Products must be well packaged to avoid damage in transit, with no writing, tape or labels on the manufacturer’s boxes. All items remain the buyer’s responsibility until we receive them, so it is recommended your courier has adequate insurance and full tracking information.

When the above is met, the cost of the item and basic outbound delivery cost will be refunded in full. Any return postage costs and surcharges associated with a premium delivery service are non-refundable. 

Faulty Goods

If a fault develops on your item, Electrical Discounted Supplies kindly asks you to contact us in the first instance. All returns are tested and if found to be faulty either a repair, replacement or refund will be offered.

All products supplied by Zetmet Ltd come with a 12 month guarantee, unless otherwise stated.

Special-Order Goods

For all non-stock items that are sourced for individual requests, please note a handling charge will apply regardless of the reason for return. Cut-to-order cable is classified as special-order goods and is therefore non-refundable under any circumstance.
